Teaching the Calm Way!
With a brief start in analysis, programming and management, I quickly realised my passion lay in projects, bringing about changes to businesses in a calm and inclusive approach.
Whether delivering IT and change to people in the office, site or field setting, I have witnessed the enormous benefit my approach has brought to individuals as well as the business as a whole.
The mechanisms for bringing about these changes hold the secrets to unlocking how well these changes are delivered to the business. Tailoring different methods to the business and those involved in the project is central to my service.
It was whilst working with different methods and people, utilising what worked over what didn’t, that I quickly realised there is no one size fits all. This is where I chose to specialise so I could bring about success to all projects in whatever industries they were operating.
In recent times, the stresses of projects themselves can become overwhelming. However, my methods relieve these stresses across the board, so that everyone has what they want, are happier and project teams can focus on delivering successfully. This is what I can bring to you as an individual and to your business.
